Rice Krispie Treats
Hot Dog Chili Sauce:
Stick of Butter Rice:
Red Beans and Rice:
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 lb andouille sausage, thinly sliced
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
• 3 (15-ounce) cans small red beans (not drained)
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 15 oz can diced tomatoes (not drained)
• Additional seasonings, to taste
• Cooked rice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large stockpot or large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and brown, about 15 minutes.
3. Stir in tomatoes and Creole seasoning until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in red beans, chicken stock. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 -45 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens.
5. Serve over rice.

I really wanted to try that kronos beef from Sam's club but I think I will pass. I make my own Chinese inspired food also and for my fried rice I always use kikkoman fried rice mix, I make a bacon fried rice and it's a family favorite everyone asks me to make it… Another great video
Chili dogs sound so good, it has been forever since I've had one. What did you think of the Aidells meatballs? I have had the sausages in that brand before and didn't really care for them. Rice krispy treats, yum! The red beans and rice looked good, I think Howard likes avocado about as much as I do!

Hi Andrea! I know I say this all the time, but your meal ideas looked & sounded really good! We would definitely eat all of that! We haven’t had a chili dog in a while, that sounds really good! I have never thought about putting avocado on a chili dog before! I’ll try that nxt time!😉 We all love rice too. And I have a lot of brown rice. But my family isn’t as crazy for brown rice as I am. They’ll eat it, but it’s not their favorite. I’m gonna use your recipe nxt time, I think they would like it like that! I know I would! Have a great day!😊💜

Chili dogs are one of the many things I miss eating since giving up beef/pork. I haven't made rice crispy treats in years. Everything looks great!
