Black Bean Chili
1 pound of ground breakfast sausage
1.5 cups of diced onion
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 envelope of taco seasoning
3 cups of low sodium chicken broth
3 (15 oz) cans of black beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can of crushed tomatoes

 In a large pot, brown the sausage, onions, and garlic over medium heat until cooked through.
 Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
