INGREDIENTS:
300gr fresh beef meat
pinch of salt
2tbs soy sauce
3-5 teaspoons salt
3 tbs kasseri cheese
3 slices bacon
FRIED VEGGIES
3-4 slices carrot
3-4 slices of green & red pepper
3-4 pieces Asparagus
1 glove garlic
rosemary
pinch black pepper
1 tea spoon meat seasoning
7 spoons of olive
BALSAMIC SAUCE:
half tea spoon garlic
half tea spoon ginger
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 tea spoon lime
2 tbs balsamic
3 tbs coriander
2 soy sauce
2 spoons of green onions
Mix all together to become sauce.
INSTRUCTION:
add the glove of garlic in the meat fillet followed by green onion, veggies meat seasoning , bacon, pepper, rosemary, kasseri cheese, after that roll the meat .
And add olive oil in a frying pan add some garlic and rosemary.
And grill for about 20 – 25 minutes with low heat add again on top meat seasonings, add soy sauce.😊🤪
