Looking for a quick delicious easy meal? Our 20 Minute Chicken Tuscan Pasta is quick, easy, and one of our new family favorites. Made with a delicious, creamy garlic sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and grilled chicken it’s a great meal for busy weekdays.

We love freezer meals because you can do all the prep work ahead of time, which makes dinner so easy on those nights where you are super busy. This recipe is made in two 9×9″ pans, so you can make one now and eat one later, or take one to a friend!

My neighbor brought both 9×9″ pans to me right after I had a baby which was SO thoughtful. We ate one that night and froze the second one and ate it a few weeks later when we were having a long day.

  1. If you use a regular pan and freeze, once frozen (an hour for my freezer) then I can pop it out of the pan and into a ziplock bag until I’m ready to use. It frees up my pan, and gives more space in the freezer. And if it’s a recipe with toppings like cheese or bread crumbs, I measure those out and put in a ziplock with directions for baking. It’s great for a take-a-meal or company.

  2. Girls! Don't hate on the chicken carcass! Pop that baby in a stock pot with a bunch of water and boil for 20 minutes. Pull out the bones and you've got perfect stock for chicken noodle soup.

  7. This recipe has nothing of Tuscan, simply because it does not exist !! .. Chicken in Tuscany is not cut into cubes, it is not used to make sauces, the pasta is seasoned with other sauces, such as meat sauce, with fish, but not with chicken !! .. we never use neither butter nor cream in our recipes .. but only and exclusively 100% extra virgin olive oil. We use butter and cream only in pastry, to make cakes.If you really want to see how Tuscany is cooked, connect to some site that really shows what Tuscan cuisine is.Honor of a Tuscan who lives 15 km from Pisa, 100km from Florence, and who lives in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany on the coast called "Versilia". To those who make these videos I say that they are giving bogus indications about our cuisine. True Tuscan cuisine is much healthier, much simpler, it is much less fat. Tuscany and live the truth !!

  8. Is there a substitute for the tomatoes? I am unable to find them at any of our stores. Somewhere online said Tomato Paste? These will be going in the freezer FYI. Help please!! 6:44
