4. That's why you really have to watch premade and processed "healthy" meals. They try to seem healthy, but that had hella sodium in it. Might as well eat "bad" foods for lunch if the supposed healthy meal has the same or more bad ingredients. 🤮

5. After a great deal of frustration I finally got my 96 year old mother who lives in Georgia on Meals on Wheels. I live in Delaware. I almost gave up. She is very grateful, as am I that she is receiving the meals seven days a week. She has no complaints.
