Here, we don't get warm meals.We get food pantries, which is wonderful. However, If these people do not have a stove or microwave…how will it help them? It wont

Looks like a microwavable meal to me. I guess these work if you can't go to the grocery store maybe you could eat 2 because they are small. Than again, I assume mostly old people get these so they probably don't eat a lot.

We love the meals. My monkey is a diabetic and they work out great for her.
