Many people think that making a perfect Schnitzel, like nicely browned, crispy, and unbelievably tasty is like magic. It’s totally not. A few small tricks and it’s so easy, everybody can do it!
Personally I love to to use Panko as it makes the crust much more crunchy ✨
Recipe per Person
– 250g (1/2 lbs) Pork Loin with Butterfly Cut (each side 1cm / 1/2 in thick)
– 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
– 1 Egg
– 1 Cup Panko
– Salt
– Peper
– Neutral Vegetable Oil
