I have a market which is literally a ten minute walk (I went there today), and they sell really good rotisserie chicken. I'm making twice baked potatoes tonight. I haven't had these in awhile.

Great ideas for family friendly freezer meals, thanks for sharing! My family is larger but they are definitely all picky eaters & I think every one of them will like these meals since they're so different from all the other ones I've been trying. Nice presentation too. I appreciate seeing exactly how it goes together as well as the crucial step of how to prepare them afterward & how they'll look.

One question….do you do freezer meals with veggies? For example, I'm thinking of adding some veggies (not a ton) to the cheesy buffalo chicken tater tot casserole. Would you mix it in with the soup mixture or sprinkle it on one of the layer?
