    .let me cry first ……😢
    When it came to coating with flour then egg it went fine
    Problem was the second my pan all of a sudden had povu( what was povu in English?the thing you get when you put powder soap in water and you mix with your hand, you confuse the water by dipping your hands and moving left and right vigorously) that was explanation for non kiswahili readers lol
    Ok then come second frying the oil was now black…helpppp ! What did I do wrong ?BUT they were still perfectly done apart from last ones that were black from the oil

  2. I like eating kebabs but I don't know how to prepare/ cook them and always buy them whenever I go to town. I will try and cook them soon. Can I prepare kebabs without using those spices or even reduce them to at least two of them? Appreciated thanks 🙏🙏🙏
