  2. The chef Keith Floyd is largely responsible for getting me into eating bumper amounts of veggies as a late teenager. Guess what, so -so many of his dishes kicked off with garlic, onions and ginger. Before adding the greens thereafter. Seems if you get out the Bootles of red, he was on the right track RIP him!

    Regarding Breast Cancer, does it mean we should avoid Eggplant, Bok Choy, Carrot, Tomato as they show cell proliferation higher than control (100%)? THANK YOU.
