Todays Recipe:
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Garlic and ginger 1 table spoon each
Green chili as per taste
Potato 1 medium
Green peas 200 gram
Carrots 200 gram
green beams 200 gram

fry onion
add garlic and ginger and fry
add tomato and fry
add salt 1 teas poon
red chili 1 tea spoon
black paper 1 tea spoon
turmeric 1 tea spoon

fry and then add vegetables one by one and green chili
fry for 5 minutes
add i cup water and let cook on slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes till vegetables become soft.
Your Mix vegetables are ready.
