*Easy Mini Pizzas*

INGREDIENTS:
-6 English Muffins
-3 TBL Butter
-1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
-1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-14oz Pizza Sauce
-8oz Block Of Mozzarella Shredded
-Any Toppings You Love
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Slice English muffins in half and place on a cookie sheet.
-Melt butter and add Italian seasoning and garlic to make a sauce. Brush butter sauce over english muffins.
-Place pizza sauce on buttered english muffins and top with cheese.
Finish pizza with any other desired toppings.
-Bake at 400F for 20mins if serving immediately. Bake at 400F for 10mins if planning to freeze and reheat later. Enjoy!

*Healthy Coconut Shrimp*

INGREDIENTS:
-2lbs Extra Large Raw Shrimp
-3 or 4 Eggs
-1/2 C. Coconut Flour
-1 C. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
-2 TBL Confection Sugar or Sugar Substitue
(For Sauce)
-1/4 C. Mayo
-2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
-1/2 tsp Confection Sugar or Substitue
-1 tsp Chili Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
-In a small bowl whisk the eggs. In a separate small bowl combine coconut flour unsweetened coconut and sweetener.
-Take shrimp and dip into eggs then roll into the dry mixture.
-Next place into air fryer basket. Set air fryer at 360F for 10-12mins.
-To make sauce combine all ingredients and enjoy!

*Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Soup*

INGREDIENTS:
-3 Chicken Breast
-Avocado Oil
-5 C. Chicken Broth or Bone Broth
-8oz Mild Cheddar Shredded
-8oz Sharp Cheddar Shredded
-1 C. Heavy Cream or Coconut Cream
-1 Stick Of Butter
-2 (12oz) Bags Of Broccoli & Cauliflower
-1/2 tsp Salt (omit if using chicken broth)
-1 tsp Black Pepper
-2 tsp Garlic Powder
-2 tsp Onion Powder
-2 TBL Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
-In the bottom of a large pot fry chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces in avocado oil.
-Once chicken is cooked through add chicken broth. Next add, cheese, cream, butter, veggies & seasonings.
-Allow to simmer for 30-45 mins on low. Enjoy right away or freeze!

*Cherry Cheese Cake Bites*

INGREDIENTS:
-4 TBL Butter Melted
-1 C. Almond Flour
-1/4 C. Sugar or Sweetener (for crust)
-2 (8oz) Packs of Cream Cheese
-1 C. Sugar or Sweetener (for cheesecake)
-2 Eggs
-1/2 C. Tart Cherries
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Combine crust ingredients and press into mini muffin pan. Bake at 300F for 10mins.
-Mix cheesecake ingredients and put in mini muffin pan once crust has cooled.
-Bake at 350 for 20mins. Allow to completely cool and refrigerate a few hours before eating.

*Homemade Yogurt*

INGREDIENTS:
-1 Gallon of Whole Milk
-1/4 C. Yogurt (It has to have live cultures in the ingredients)
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Heat your milk to 180F. (If using pressure cooker heat in saute setting) Once it reaches 180F set your pot into a sink of ice water and drop down to 110F and immediately remove from ice water, because you do not want it to drop any more in temperature. Ladle out a little of the milk and mix with yogurt in a small bowl. Add back into pot with milk. If making in a pressure cooker set to yogurt setting for 8hrs. If making in a regular pot, place the lid on, wrap in a bath towel and leave in your oven (keep turned off) for 8hrs. Refrigerate and enjoy!

  5. When I make yogurt I decant it to jars when it hits 110 and then put them in a small laundry basket and wrap them w a heating pad overnight. Lol
    I need to try it in my new Cosori I got for Xmas!!

  8. Adeline I just wanted to let you know the American Pronunciation Of "Worcestershire" sauce. Some of the letters are silent. It is wu-stuh-shr, or woo-stusher. Easy peasy! I thought you might be interested. Most people can't say it properly so don't feel bad. You can Google it!

  10. Tip for pepperoni on pizza, boil it before you put it on your pizza. It cooks the grease off so it doesn’t end up on your pizza. GAME CHANGER!

  11. I make yogurt as well I found it yogurt maker clearanced at Sam's like 8 years ago for $4 and something so I use it all the time but I sweetened mine with agave nectar and then I use some vanilla bean paste

  13. For the pizzas try the French bread from Walmart. I cut mine into 4 equal parts.. Then cut each in half. This makes 8-10 French bread pizzas in total.

  14. Add lime! Coconut And lime and crusted grouper, shrimp, whatever trying to see who it is so delicious also you can use coconut milk as part of your batter
