Day 139 of the 180 day Carnivore/Ketovore/Keto diet challenge. I will let you know everything I eat and my thoughts along the way. I will also share my weigh in every 30 days along with an update to the 4 measurements I took on day 91.

Food eaten since the last video and today:

1 Pound Burger (See Video)
12 Pepperoni slices
20 OZ COFFEE with Splash of Heavy Cream
4 DROPS OF J.Crow’s Lugul’s Solution 2% IODINE

Some of my starting stats and goals:
I’m 5 foot 6 inches. I started 11/27/2023 and weight in @315.4 pounds.
My goal was to try carnivore for 90 days mainly sticking to BBBE (Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs) with some occasional cheese, cream, also some spices. As of day one, I have NO gall bladder, pre-diabetes, skin conditions and swelling forming on my right leg shin area from below my knee to my ankle. I have skin tags in a few places, bad teeth problems, shortness of breath, and I could barely wipe my own ass!
Now that I achieved 90 days with great success, I am now going to try and reach 180 days.

Chapter 2 stats at Day 90
Starting Weight: 276.9 pounds
Neck measurement – 18 1.4″
Chest measurement – 51 1/2″
Waist – 57 1/2″
Hips – 46″

After Day 120
Weight 268.1
Neck measurement – 18″
Chest measurement – 50″
Waist – 55″
Hips – 46″

For a demonstration of the 5 exercises I do every other day, Day 91 video towards the last minute.
