  3. I've been cooking mine in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. The effect on my blood sugar depends on the amount I eat and what I eat with it. I haven't gotten any huge spikes so far.

  4. I steam them and I put very little Parmesan cheese but actually I really don't need them because they are sweet and not over done with sweetness

  5. I steam my yams till they are soft in texture. I do not peel then at all, but instead lightly scrub them with a green scotch-brite pad

  6. I hear this other doctor saying that sweet potatoes does no spiked sugars levels because they're carbohidrates resistance
