hello friends! introducing to you how to make vegan sour cream,
whether you are vegan or not vegan this sour cream will put you on the go.

INGREDIENTS:
300gr Cashews.
500- 600ml of boiled hot water.
50ml lemon juice.
60ml Almond milk. (Extra 60ml of Almond milk )
1- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
1tbs apple cider.
A pinch of salt.
3tbs sunflower oil.⬇️⬇️

INSTRUINSTRUCTIONS:
the two different ways are..
you can soak the cashews for 24 hours with water, or there is also a faster way by boiling them and setting it aside for about 15 or 20 minutes.
after you have completed one or the two processes you can start to add all ingredients and except the oil , blend for about 2 – 3 seconds add then add oil and keep blending till the become cream.
and after you ready to ENJOY…..😊
have it in mind to keep them in a closed container and store them in the fridge, consume in 7 days .😊.
