– oatmeal 3-4 tbsp
– banana 1 pc
– egg 1 pc
– honey (to taste)
– vanilla sugar (to taste)
– cinnamon (to taste)
2-3 min. Microwave (10 min oven 180t)

BREAKFAST 2
– buns for burgers
– parsley
– hard cheese
– ham
– champignon mushrooms
– cheese slices
– a tomato
– parsley
– egg
– salt and pepper
2-3 min. Microwave (10 – 15 min. Oven 180t)

BREAKFAST 3
– sweet yogurt
– cottage cheese
– honey
– strawberry
– blueberries

BREAKFAST 4
– flakes
– yogurt
– candied fruit
– Kiwi

BREAKFAST 5
– pita bread
– lettuce or spinach leaves
– cucumber
– bacon
– cheese slices
