omg i love that you let her take a bite and threw it back in. that's absolutely 1000% what i do here XD if i have company over i buy new things because the family piles are probably contaminated by our family germs
I like 2 frozen berry smoothie and sausage and egg sandwich

Is that your daughter? She is soooo cute loves to help Good Job Sweetie.
A hint for yogurt: the "best by date" on the carton is for inventory control at the stores. Yogurt can be safely eaten for up to two months after that date. There may be some separation of the liquid, but that can be stirred back in. The taste is still the same. So don't throw away that yogurt just because you are a bit past the date. Remember, if any food tastes "off" or is funky, it's best to throw it out.
You say that your family can just microwave these foods, but your microwave is so high I don't even see how it's convenient for you to use. In fact, it seems dangerous, especially if you had a dish with hot liquid that could spill and burn you. I've spilled things many times taking bowls or plates out of my microwave.
We don't eat pork, so I'd prefer either the berry breakfast or French toast sticks…. or both! 😉
If you freeze your peanut butter (roll it in cocoa) and yoghurt in Ice trays ahead of time, they come out of the bags more easily. You can also line the ice tray with Spinach for less clean up
I've made similar Cresent roll breakfast things. Put them in the air frier after they have thawed in the fridge and bam! No more soggyness.
Any for folks with no teeth?
Wow that's really cool! Good video!
After I started thinking about how the cows to produce milk they have to stay pregnant all the time, I started using oat milk, surprisingly so creamy and good.
I
Ike to wrap my eggmcmuffin in a paper towel before I freeze.
With the English muffin I toss the muffin in the toaster while I'm microwaving the egg and meat. Then I ca usually put the cheese in the middle and have a fresh toasted muffin as well. The cheese melts quickly from the heat so I don't usually microwave that with everything else. Also helps to put in the fridge overnight before too
Love your videos!!🙂
The egg muffin would be better if you toasted the English muffin first
well that was an easy sub, haha. love that idea with the spinach, mine always goes bad haha
What temperature do we bake the French toast sticks, and how long do we cook them
Great ideas for make ahead breakfasts! Thank you! Silicone muffin cups are an excellent way to freeze the yogurt. I put the silicone muffin cups in a muffin pan, add the yogurt and then put in the freezer. Then I can freeze ahead of time and add it to each ziplock bag.
I think with the peanut butter smoothie I would put the peanut butter on the spinach leaves and wrap it up so that it doesn't stick to your baggie.
Love your rice recipe! Beautiful lady and great kitchen. I freezer meal my special diet food.
