  1. Great video. Going to buy your cookbook! Question – where can I buy some of those flexible cutting mats like I see at the 28:51 mark? I’ve looked all over Amazon! Thank you again.

  2. I have a instant pot but was timid about the presure but you have given me great ways and receipts to cook i will try with no question now thank you so much

  3. What..you used frozen beef which unthawed as it cooked and then you are going to freeze it again? Yuck. Not good

  4. Looks delicious! I'm going to add this to my list. Thank you for all that you do to help us with safe canning and being prepared!

  5. Have enjoyed videos for 2 years since first instant pot, found a great cooking series on cooking everything and after using most common way lots cook white rice found this series and she cooked rice for 12 mins on low pressure, dramatically better, you should try! Thank you for lots great videos when I knew nothing, now have 2 6qt duo evo+, 2 8qt duo evo+ and 8qt Procrisp as well as instant aura pro and instant Ace Nova blender.🎉

  6. Did not like how the Beef Stroganoff turned out! Maybe it was the beef I used, it was not tender at all! And my noodles started to stick. What did I do wrong?

  7. JUST A NOTE FOR YOUR DELICIOUS FOOD! SHREDDED CHEESE IN A BAG HAS WOOD ADDED TO IT! SO PERSONALLY I WOULD FORGO THE BAGGIE SHREDDED CHEESES AND SHRED A CHUNK OF CHEESE ! And not eat wood! ❤😊

  8. The flavor of everything cooked in this us anazing and just the best. Better than any ither way. Its just me so I batch cook one ir twice a week days a week and freeze leftovers in portions. Ive never tasted baked potatoes as good as ines cooked in the IP. Same with pinto beans. Im vegetarian but Im tiod meat is also amazing. The pressure seals in juices. BTW. Grease is nit good for you. Drained meat lije she did it was going into another dish. Made no difference.

  9. I was just gifted an instant pot and really don’t see the benefit in using it that’s any different than my moderately equipped kitchen, a cast iron Dutch oven and a crock pot. PLEASE tell me what I can do with this thing! Everything on this video I can do on the stove. Yes, I recognize I have to remain in the kitchen, but I’m in the kitchen already preparing the rest of the meal.

  10. Shame on you for adding canned black beans to your enchilada recipes. Cooking luscious black, also pinto, beans in the Instant Pot is almost a no-brainer. I’ve only had my delightful 6 quart Instant Pot just overall week and have easily cooked several items.

  11. Thanks you. My kids bought me an Instant Pot for Christmas a few years ago and I use it a lot, but I basically do the same 8 or 10 recipes and don't explore all it's uses and potential. I sure will be doing more after watching your video. Thank you again.

  12. She told us 20 times to set the knob on sealing to start cooking. Even worse, she said to remove the top (to input ingredients) lol

  13. Great video! My only suggestion for some of you out there, is that she generally likes things SUPER cooked. Feel free to reduce the time of everything that she cooks by 20% to see if you like it better. Perfect example is the 15 minutes vs 20 minutes for the sweet potatoes.

  14. We have the Emiril LaGasse pot. Only used it once, ever. That was 3 years ago. We never experimented more with it. That's a shame. It's a time saver cooking, but we don't have even the time to experiment with it.
