  1. 6 sisters I'm so glad I found you. I loved all the recipes and am going to try. On Camille's easy mashed potatoes, I have to use a beater because of arthritis but was interested in that GRAVY! I've tried starch & Swansons chicken broth but must not have been correct mixture cause it wasn't good. Please help a girl out. I doubt anyone will see this to answer because this is an old video. Happy Thanksgiving to all…2022

  2. Same as my Mum made but she made with grapes and pecans or walnuts. Works well with the coloured marshmallows too!

  4. Wow – l can’t believe how unhealthy these recipes are; absolutely shocking! Your reliance on convenience ingredients, full of additives – too much sugar, fat, e-numbers and salt.

  6. OMG! This is the epitome of the cooking that contributed to give Americans a reputation of a people without culture and with warped taste buds. Sorry sisters. This video contributes to perpetuate that image. I will make an exception for the two salads involving tomatoes at the end and the pressure cooked fresh green beans. These are simple delights that do not involve transformed, canned or artificial goo. Come on! I've seen the American slop evolve into artful cuisine over the passed decades. Be proud of it and don't regress like this. However, I'll have to say this: you all look good and seem to be very nice.

  8. For the green bean casserole, try using Cream of Asparagus soup instead of mushroom. It's delicious! Might be hard to find, though.

  9. For Mom’s 5 cup salad, I mix all the ingredients up and then gently β€œfold” in the mandarin oranges to keep them from breaking up. Important to really mix the sour cream in well. It is very tasty.

  10. One of headache periods of life Thanks giving day because while I was working in restaurants we have to do so many catering
    Then again Christmas

  11. I'm 71 yrs old and very blessed health wise,so this year I am going to make fresh cranberries.
Canned plain cranberry for my oldest son 😁.
