Yeast Ethanol

Kveik yeast is very versatile, suitable for fermentation of musts based on syrup and molasses, both for the production of ethanol and for the production of distilled beverages such as Rum and Cachaça. It has good tolerance for must fermentations with high concentrations of sugars.
 
Our yeasts are dry which guarantees their good integrity during transport without the need for refrigeration.
