Tapas gastrobar running by the young chef Paco Roncero – two Michelin stars – one of the representatives of Spanish avant-garde cuisine with restaurants also in Ibiza and Shanghai. Precursor of the contemporary tapas movement, it is a chain of bars that worked super right in Madrid. Always with tables on the sidewalk, when the temperature allows, with a relaxed atmosphere and tapas well made, such as solomillo (filé mignon) con brie and the traditional croquetas of jamón, in addition to the cho pe always well taken (una ca?a, as they say there). Another good tip of where to eat in Madrid.
