Ingredients

  • 1 package of penne or other pasta of your choice
  • 1 box of tomato sauce
    1 can of cream
  • 100 gr of cottage cheese
  • 1 piece of finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make

  • Place 4 cups of water in a pressure cooker, let it heat up, add the pasta, stir a little so it doesn't stick, and add the ready-made sauce, onion and garlic.
  • Cover and let it come to pressure, (when it starts to make noise), count three minutes, release the pressure, and add the cream.
  • Add the cottage cheese, parsley and adjust the salt.
  • Place in a dish, if you want some cheese on top, and delicious pasta is ready, which can be served with meat, or a basic salad.
