Vada Pav the vegetarian fast food of Indian cuisine

8 to 10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ginger juice
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon of salad found in imported product houses or in large supermarkets
Ingredients for making a flour dough
1 of grass flour
1/4 cold red pepper (red pepper powder)
1/4 teaspoon salt or a taste
1 pinch of sodium bicarbonate
1 pinch of saffron
Enough oil to fry
Add up to 1/2 cup of water in the cornmeal to the others.
Once dissolved can add 2 tablespoons of rice flour to make it crispy
The dough should stay in the consistency of pouring from the spoon, but not too thin.
Then a red pepper, the salt, the bicornornato and saffron and mix for about 4 minutes.
The bicabornato serves to be crunchy and dry.
Peel as cooked potatoes.
