The newest pizzeria with a view in Rio is Mother Jamma from Botafogo Praia Shopping! The 13th house of the Rio pizzeria has a stunning view of Sugarloaf Mountain, and simply 15 meters of window, from end to end. In other words, literally to eat with your eyes, lol. The menu includes slow-fermented pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, as well as classic Italian cuisine.

Pizzeria with a view of Rio
With 120 seats, Mamma Jamma at Botafogo Praia Shopping is the result of an investment of R$4 million, and has a spacious and cozy atmosphere. Right at the entrance, there is a small bar where you can have a drink before entering. Bar chef Roni Soares creates both signature and classic cocktails!
In the recipes, high quality inputs are used, such as 00 ground flour, extra virgin olive oil and peeled tomatoes. In total, there are 28 pizza flavors, designed by chefs Renato Ialenti and Raimundo Rodrigues. The recently launched Capra and Pesto, with mozzarella, goat cheese, pink pepper, basil pesto, basil leaves and black pepper, is worth the order. Furthermore, another new addition is Mamma Speziata, made with artisanal Calabrian sausage, natural tomato sauce, mozzarella, red onion, habanero pepper sauce and Calabrian pepper.
For bacon fans, Bacon e Cipolla features caramelized onion cream, bacon, mozarella, red onion and parmesan. Oh, and Mamma Jamma’s starters are also great options, like, for example, focaccia and burrata. There is also a lunch menu prepared by Italian chef Renato Ialenti, which ranges from R$39 to R$84.
