1/2 cups oats quick
3/4 cup low fat milk or plant milk or any
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix fridge 4 h or overnight
Top it with banana
Dark chocolate chips l( optional)

chill & Enjoy !!

1/2 cup oats quick or any oats
1 espresso
1/2 cup plant milk or low fat or any milk 🥛
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp honey
Chill & enjoy

for the topping
In a bowl add:
3 tsp greek yogurt
1/2 tsp coffee i use ​⁠
Mix and serve add honey or sweet if you prefer sweet coffee flavour .
