Passion Fruit Mousse

Let’s face it, it’s not an impressive dessert, the kind that everyone asks for the recipe for, but it always pleases, as well as being the easiest thing in the world to make and those who don’t know anything about cooking can do it with fun!!! This recipe was here on the blog since the beginning and I decided to bring it back because we made the video version and I think it’s a great quick dessert suggestion for last-minute parties.

Mousse:
Blend in a blender or mix with a whisk:
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 can (use the condensed milk can as a measure) of concentrated passion fruit juice (like Maguary or whatever brand you want).
1 can of whey-free cream (see here how to remove the serum).

* Let it freeze for 2 hours and then add the broth.

Hot:
Mix the pulp of 1 passion fruit with 1 tablespoon of sugar (if it is too acidic, add more sugar. Spread it over the mousse and if you want to add more charm, add a mint leaf.
