Homemade Barbecue Sauce

Sauces and Salads

Simple and delicious homemade Barbecue sauce recipe great to accompany chicken or pork. Of course, there are several more elaborate versions, which use ingredients that are more difficult to find, but I remain firm on the mission of simplifying recipes so that more people can make them with the ingredients they have at home.

Nothing stops you from putting your own spin on the recipe. You can add pepper, ginger, or whatever ingredients you like.
It’s worth remembering that this recipe yields very little, because generally we want a Barbecue to accompany a roast and not to fill 5 jars and have to eat Barbecue for 1 year. So you need a small pan to do it, ok?

Ingredients:
1 col. olive oil (soup)
1 col. grated onion (soup)
1/2 col. crushed garlic (soup)
1 col. brown sugar (soup)
1 col. Worcestershire sauce (soup)
1 cabbage alcohol vinegar (soup)
3 col. ketchup (soup)
1/2 col. (soup) of mustard
4 col. (soup) of water

Just mix everything and bring to a boil. Once it boils, leave it on the heat for 30 seconds and it’s ready. If it gets too thick, just add a little water to get it to the desired consistency. If you want to see in detail, including how I like to add this sauce to the roast, just press play!
