How to make grape flour at home
To make flour at home, you must remove the skins and seeds from the grapes, wash them well and spread them on a tray so that they are not on top of each other, to facilitate drying. Then, the pan must be placed in a low oven for around 40 minutes or until the skins and seeds are very dry.
Finally, you must blend the dry seeds and peels in a blender until you obtain flour, which must be stored in a closed container, preferably in the refrigerator to increase its durability. It is recommended that homemade flour be consumed between 2 and 3 weeks after it is manufactured.
