Chili Recipe:
-2lbs ground burger, ground sausage or ground turkey (use whatever you like)
-2 green bell peppers diced
-1 onion diced
-2 (12oz) bags of frozen cauliflower rice
-1 (15oz) can of tomato sauce
-1 (14oz) can of dice tomatoes

Spices (add these to your own taste):
-Salt
-Pepper
-Chili Powder
-Ground Cumin
-Onion Powder
-Garlic Powder
-Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions: Fry up ground meat with diced onions and peppers in the bottom of a big pot. Once meat is cooked add all other ingredients. Stir and taste to add right amount of spices to what you like. Cook at a simmer for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors. It’s up to you if you want to add in a can or two of kidney beans. This will make roughly 3 quarts.

EASY Bread Recipe:
-3 1/2 Cups Warm Water
-2 Tablespoons Yeast
-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
-3/4 Cup Shortening or Lard
-3 Teaspoons Salt
-8 1/2 Cups White Flour

Instructions: Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup warm water. Combine 3 cups warm water, brown sugar, lard/shortening and salt. Add yeast mixture. Mix in flour. Set in warm place and let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and divide into four loaves. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 30mins. Enjoy! (P.S. Don’t give up if it doesn’t work the first time! Yeast can be funny depending on the temperature in your house and even depends on what the weather is like outside! You’ll find the best spot to let it rise and how long to let it rise and you practice making this recipe!)

  1. I love making breads, rolls, bagels, awesome, what kind of mixer do you have and where did you get your at i need one? , love the videos thank yu

  2. Hi from Australia I have tried to find your label maker but so far no luck could you please tell me where you found it. Much appreciated

  3. How do you make your baked pasta dishes not dry? I tried meal prepping many pasta meals and although they are delicious when freshly made, they always end up super dry once thawed and cooked (covered) in the oven. So frustrating! Any tips would be welcome ✌

  4. I am absolutely going to try this bread recipe but I was wondering if you were able to use it to make biscuits as well or just a loaf of bread….I am working on a prepper pantry for my kids and I…ty for this amazing video

  5. 4:48 I'm not sure I get the sugar free brown sugar though? Me and my boyfriend were stuck on that one for a good minute.

But anywho, this video has inspired me to make freezer meals for the month! 🙂 Thanks

  6. No sesame oil!!! Try some oyster sauce as well in the fried rice and chicken bullion cube with the soy and sesame oil and you will love it.

This meal prep is insane. Discipline. Effort. 10/10. Food looks great too.

  7. Has anyone tried the bread recipe, is the bread nice and soft? The recipe I use for bread is more like a English muffin bread, it makes for great toast but way to dry and dense for sandwiches which is what I want to mainly use the bread for.

  8. You should say "an onion" not a onion. Any word that starts with a vowel, it should have an Infront of that word. I feel so bad for American people. They don't know when to say a, or an. I'm not an English speaking person, but I learned this in my second grade English class long time ago.

  9. With the spaghetti.. when you take it out of the freezer, what do you bake it at and for how long?
Same with chili and shepherd’s pie

  10. I'm going to be watching your channel religiously. My boyfriend and I are moving in with a room mate into a big house. he will be paying for most of the bills and i will be in charge of cleaning and food making for the most part. I'm horrible with money, and he is horrible at cooking and cleaning. so this is what we both agreed on. But i've been wanting to food prep and learn how to make homemade items to save use some money down the road. and your videos. gah. im studying them like im having a test tomorrow. XD

  11. You should marinade your meals in containers with lids to cut down on the crazy amount of plastic bags you use. It is so wasteful.

  12. Love the ideas you shared. I do have to wash my meats that can be washed lol. Working with past clients I have two that worked in a chicken factory and one that worked in a beef factory. The stories I have heard …mmmm. Will make you wash the meat you cook (that can be washed except like hamburger meat and non-sausage links you know)
Guess that's why the meat package doesn't state " Already Pre -washed".
    But thanks for sharing.
