Chicken Empadão Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chopped chives
2 chicken breasts
1 cup water
2 tomatoes skinless and chopped seeds
1 gem for brushing
Chicken Empadão Preparation Mode
Add all the ingredients and knead the dough until it is consistent but sweet.
In the pressure cooker, place the oil, garlic, chives, chicken and water. Cook in the pressure for 15 minutes, turn off, shred the chicken and add the tomatoes. Grease an oval shape of glass, strain the dough into the bottom of the shape, place the filling and over the filling the creamy curd. Cover with remaining dough and brush the yolk. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
