How to prepare Shrimp Bobó with Brazilian Chestnut
Put the prawns in a bowl and season with lemon juice and black pepper. Book it. In a large saucepan heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, peppers and tomato. Fry for five minutes or until wilted. Beat the cassava with half the chilli and a little water (enough to beat) in the blender. In the same pan that prepared the braised, fry the drained shrimp, return the other half of the braised to the pan and add the cream of manioc beaten.
