The already famous and delicious chili oil is super versatile, you can add it to salads, meats, vegetables, rice… and make these noodles that are really delicious. You know when you want to eat something really quickly, then?
It’s ready in minutes and full of flavor! Side dishes are suggestions, you can add whatever you want.

Asian noodles: spicy, creamy and crunchy
Makes: 1 portion
- 120 g noodle (cru)
- 30 g chili oil
- 30 g peanut butter (whole and sugar-free)
- refined salt (August)
- ground black pepper (August)
- roasted peanuts (August)
- fresh chives (August)
- white sesame (toasted)
- girl finger pepper (August)
1 cup: 250mL | 1 tablespoon: 15mL.
- Cook the pasta of your choice according to the package instructions.
- Heat the chili oil and peanut butter in a skillet to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta with about ½ cup of the cooking water, mix well.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve with roasted peanuts, fresh chives, sesame seeds and fresh pepper.
- Quantities: despite the amounts described, add more or less of the ingredients to suit your taste.
