- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup half-bitter chopped chocolate
How to prepare:
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, baking powder, salt and soluble coffee.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture of butter and sugar and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture and mix until a homogeneous mass.
- Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.
- Cover the dough with plastic film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and forre a form with parchment paper.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and make small balls with the dough.
- Arrange the little balls in prepared form, leaving space between them.
- Take it in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of cookies are slightly golden.

- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and forre a form with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- In another bowl, mix the cocoa powder, the soluble coffee and the salt.
- Add honey, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the cocoa and coffee mix and mix well.
- Pour this mixture on the dry ingredients in the large bowl and mix everything until you get a wet and well mixed granola.
- Spread the granola in a prepared form and press lightly with a spoon.
- Ase in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden, stirring occasionally to ensure that it goes equally.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small chopped onion

- 1 cup chicken broth

- Chopped ply for decorating
How to prepare:
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden and cooked in full. Remove the fillets from the frying pan and set aside.
- In the same frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes, until they are tender.
- Dissolve the soluble coffee in the chicken broth and pour into the frying pan with the onion and garlic. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Let the coffee sauce boil for a few minutes, until a little reduction.
- Add the cream to the pan and stir well.
- Place the chicken fillets back in the pan, covering them with the coffee sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is hot and the chicken fillets are completely covered by the sauce.
- Remove from the heat and serve the chicken with coffee sauce with chopped pars from above, to decorate.
- Accompany with rice, mashed potatoes or vegetables, if desired. It is one of the best recipes with coffee to impress the visits!
40. pork rib with coffee sauce

- 1 kg of pork rib
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 Chopped Garlic Teeth
- 1 tablespoon soluble coffee
- 1/2 cup meat broth
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (shoyu)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare:
- Season the pork rib with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until they are tender.
- Dissolve the soluble coffee in the meat broth and add to the pan with the onion and garlic. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
- Add the ketchup, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and honey to the pan. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Place the pork rib in the pan and cover with the coffee sauce.
- Let the rib cook over low heat for approximately 2 hours, turning from time to time so that it is well cooked on all sides.
- If the sauce is drying during cooking, add a little more meat or water broth.
- After 2 hours, the pork rib will be soft and the coffee sauce will have reduced and thickened.
- Remove the pork rib from the pan and serve with the coffee sauce on top.
- Follow with baked potatoes, mashed potatoes or vegetables if desired. Good appetite!
